**Remember that we WILL be having Running Club tomorrow afternoon.
**As it gets hotter, it is ESPECIALLY important to remember to BRING YOUR WATER BOTTLE to Running Club. We want to make sure the kids understand the importance of staying hydrated when you exercise, especially in the Texas heat. With 75 kids, it takes too much away from our activity time to shuffle kids in and out of the building.
**It is also important to remember a small snack to eat before Running Club. We need to make sure that the kids are putting fuel in their bodies before they exercise.
**If you have a Running Club shirt, wear it on Tuesdays! It helps us to feel unified and like we are a team! It is good to let the kids show their PRIDE! If you have not bought your shirt yet, there are still a few left! Just send your $5 to Kimberly Davishines.
